Notify the school in writing of the dates you will be absent if they fall within term time. If for any reason you will not be returning when school commences then you need to notify the school by fax, email or telephone.
Go to the office to swipe in using your swipe card and collect a pass to go into class.
First thing in the morning before Period 1go to the Deputy Principal to have your note authorised. Then take your note to the office and receive a slip to leave class at the specified time. Return to the office with your slip and swipe out and collect a leave pass.
Years 7, 9. 11 go to the library with a note from your teacher or Years 8, 10, 12 go to the office with a note from your teacher where your name will be registered in the clinic log and your parents/guardian contacted if required.
On your first day back bring a note explaining your absence to the roll teacher.
You must bring a note for your roll call teacher and arrange with your teachers for work to do during your absence.
Go to the front office before school, recess or lunchtime.
Go to the library before school or at recess or lunchtime.

Your parents must notify the school in writing. You need to collect a leaver’s form from the office and take it to each teacher listed for signature. Return all textbooks and library books.
Leave money and valuables at the front office. Never leave money in your bag.
All medication must be bought to the deputy principals who will store and administer to you when needed.
